hello all.

i think it's about time i do a bit of updating.

let's go back to MY PERFECT HOLIDAY.

I call it... Kuala Lumpur 2008.

goodness that was the greatest holiday i've ever went to and now, a week after i still can't get over it.
shopping.
food.
shopping.
fun.
shopping.
as you can see shopping fills in 3/5 of the agenda. cos duhh.
if i was a rich girl la over there. nananananana. *sings to gwen stefani*
exchange rate was more than perfect every $100 australian dollar gives me RM300.


pure bliss mate.
went with $500 australian dollar.


came back with none.
hoho.
crazeeeeee petaling streeeet ahhhhh!



stayed at berjaya times square for the whole trip.
cheap accomodation cos parents have this berjaya club membership thing.
paid for like $30 aust dollars per night for a 4.5-5 star hotel.
purer bliss.

haha yes.
not so bliss but it's all good.

oh i missed malaysian drama so much.
and deal or no deal malaysian version was like the simpsons.
hahah.
but its cool.
since its just me and noorul on the 'getaway' (from home... hehehehe)
we took extra caution on the streets.
travel through public all the way.
monorail. lrt. ktm komuter.
it was like heaven in hell.


suprisingly, we didn't go clubbing at all.
haha not like i've been to one anyway.
bleagh i'm good, seriously i don't club.
so leave house for sight seeing, shopping food, leisure etc. at approx 10am.
and we'll be home just in time for maghrib.
sweet.
but damn i miss kl laaaaaa.
i wanna go again end of this year.
any cheap flights again?
hah. btw i paid $450 aust dollars INCLUDING taxes for a RETURN trip from SYD-KL-SYD.
thru jetstar duhh.
no goody goody a380 shits.
but hell jetstar it's good for me.
adventure lasts a lifetime.
without parents. independant ah kire.
but it was the most amazing experience i could ever ask for at 18.
it was great.

next stop?
jakarta, bandung, bali, KL!

ok let's get over the holidays.


university is unofficially here.
this week. yesterday.
monday 3rd march.
was orientation week.
o week. or week zero.
went to uni yesterday with mum dad sis for like official welcome gitu ah.
i feel like i was in primary school seriously.
feel LOST.
scary but excited.
woah.



RAMAI NYE ORANG.
mcm a town by itself.
we have post office.
two banks.
doctor.
dentist.
optometrist.
i like it. starting to like it.
nanti korang dtg sini aku kasi tour eh.
campus is huge.
plus its up hill kinda thing.
like lower campus and upper campus.
most of my classes are lower campus.
except biology.
which is upper.
but my biology is in the mornings as i purposely placed it there so don't have to climb that great stairs of unsw (150 steps i counted heh) every single day.
climb down yes. climb up, sorry. MALAS.
but duhh i have to once in a while.


weent for my second day of orientation today.
had computing lectures for maths.
we using this software called maple.
UGLY BUT INTERESTING.
it was much fun la.
i joined the islamic society on campus (ISOC) where all the friday prayers and islamic lectures are organised.
there are quite a significant number of muslims in unsw.
that they're building a hostel called Madina College in the campus.
for Muslims. halal food, swimming pool, mini mosque. it's cool.
suprisingly, alot of malays too. malaysian.
that's what i heard. yet to see. but will make friends with any when i spot one.
easier to communicate hah.
joined the red cross society :D
bff will be proud certainly.
yay.



joined the UNIGYM.
$41 per month. ahhhh.
gotta start exercising gotta start.

joined ARC.
it's the student body of UNSW.
volunteer work, travelling etc etc
it's cool. i want that second piece of testamur saying that i not only graduate with academic skills but also leadership.
calling all prospective employers.
look out for me!
