i went for my run la dis morning.
and i so forgot that i am PMSing la.
and after i ran, that stoopid segugut thing hits me.
and its very very very very fcking painful. like wanna blackout wanna pengsan like dat sial.
i straight away go up my house and just layed on the bed la shouting shouting shouting hahah.
i curled up, did watever i can to make it stop.
u noe like cramps ryt? dis is even worst la.
bff should noe. like after PE like dat.
but that time after PE is worst i cried.
atleast dis time i didnt.
it's like intervals u noe.
one second ok, one second it comes back again.
i dunnoe y la. like damn busted la dis ting.
means i can't run for two weeks in a mth u noe.
one week b4 my period, and the week im having my period. hah.
its ok.

i ate quaker oat for breakfast haha.
u noe. in one day i can only consume 19.8g of saturated fats and 39.9g of unsaturated fats.
hahahs.
and my daily energy need is 2150calories equivalent to how many kilocalories ar?

1gram equals to 0.001kg.
ok so 2150calories equal to 2.15kcal?
erhhh mcm salah je hah.

sooo dis morning i ate quaker oat and lo fat milk.
i consumed 128.6 + 102.51 = 231.11 kcal energy
and. 0.6 + 1.89 = 2.49g saturated fats
and. 2.4 + 1.26 = 3.66g unsaturated fats.
ok!
so i can still can consume 17.31g of saturated fats and 36.24g of unsat fats.
well done!
now i need to know the conversion aje. cal to kcal.
