my brother recommends me to start on P90x (short for Power 90 Days Extreme). so apparently if i follow all the home videos training plan and nutrition plan i can get toned in 90days? sounds hard to believe but reading reviews and the likes of people who has done this before i'm a little confident. as usual 6 days of an hour training a week and about 1800cals of good quality food (about 50% protein and 30% carbs) per day. trashy? i don't know. that's why i'll start this on monday.
and good to know, pink and michelle obama does this religiously and they have super hot bodies.
we shall see.
