effed up day but good anyway


hello lovers! miss me? heheh hell yeah i miss you! okay yeah kinda. :)

anyway! today was one hell of a day. it's the day after xmas, aka boxing day in australia where retailers open their doors as early as 5am and all those cheapos rush in to grab a bargain. as such it was damn fucking (sorry.) busy in the city from the moment i started work (i.e. 8.30am) to the moment i left the store at 4.30pm. people were so unfriendly and demanding and bitchy and pmsy and ughhhh like get the face out of my life.




yeah anyway i think i made like a million frappuccinos that i cannot stand the sight of one more for the next 24 hours at least. -_-

i was so damn exhausted after work, thank god i didn't like fall asleep behind the wheels and as soon as i got home, i lay in bed and and only sedar 2 hours later still in my work clothes. i thought i slept like the whole night hehe i was hoping to but nahhhhhh.

on a brighter note, today marks the end of my first week of p90x. yeahhhh baby! feels awesome to the possum. i wake up every single morning since the beginning of the week with a sore or two in various parts of my body, particularly my butt and hamstrings but damn i feel satisfied.

just so i keep you my beautifuls in the loop, this is what i have done this week.

mon - rest, tues - weights (chest and back), wed - plyometrics, thurs - weights (shoulders and arms), fri - yoga, sat - weights (legs and back) and sun - kickboxing. pretty full on hey? food wise, i have been eating about 140 grams of protein every single day and i am currently addicted to cottage cheese. seriously ah that thing is the bomb. i can have it all day everyday hehehe. you should try it!

talking about being inspired, i will have to say this is what i'm hoping my result is gonna be. might not get there first round but anything better than now is excellent. :D toning baby, all the way!
