hello people!

i would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you my wonderful girlfriends in singapore and whoever else reading this silently a blessed and amazing hari raya aidilfitri.

aku juga ingin susun sepuluh jari untuk meminta ampun dan maaf atas segala kesalahan, segala terkasar bahasa dan all that matter.

selamat hari raya ye. :)

anyway! i am feeling the heat of the eid already since 5 days ago.
nothing else is played in my car cd player but hari raya songs.
i've been making kuih like a factory and cleaned the house like a prince is coming to melamar. haha.
so i am very much looking forward to tmr.
despite the celebration without my whole family, i guess i'm pretty much used to it now. yes, i do miss the festivities, the geylang, the dendeng, the orang melayu get together, the lampu klap klip and so on but life's like this no?
let's just appreciate what we have now ok.

i think to me, it doesn't really matter as long as i am with my crazy erratic family this joyous season. so yes. thank you Allah. :D

okay enough with the raya rants!

GOOD NEWS!
i have lost 15.1 kg to date. for the past 16 weeks.
i started officially on the 26 may and i don't plan to stop EVER.
i'm sorry but i think i'm gonna be like one of those gym junkies or whatever.
it's crazyyy!! 16 weeks dude. 16 freaking weeks.
i wonder where those 15kg went to really and even wonder more how the hell did i put on THAT much weight. shit.
i am also now officially the same weight as i was in sec 3. probably a tad heavier but to lose 15kg is one hell of an achievement.

if you're wondering how i lose this much weight?
let me share this with you. it's top secret so don't tell anyone. hehe.
it's easy. not really. i mean the theory is easy.
discipline. and motivation. lots and lots and lots of motivation.
eat less is one thing, but following strictly a menu plan probably helps.
and exercise more. and more. and more. how more?

think it's crazy?
it was crazier in the past 16 weeks. i trained hard 6 days a week with only one rest day.
i thought i should give my body some mercy for the next 8 so i give myself 2 rest days. :D
my training sessions are normally 45 mins. but it's well worth it lah.

food? this is where the craziest discipline comes in. my normal day is like this.

breakfast: cereal dengan susu HL ditabur dengan almond, teh hijau, air putih
snack: satu pisang, satu buah oren, dengan 5 biji almond
lunch: bawak dari rumah ape2 mak masak. tapi kurangkan nasi atau mee nye hanya sebesar genggam tangan dan isi tupperware dengan lebih sayur-sayuran dan daging/ayam/tuna
snack: satu tub yogurt (kalau masih lapar)
dinner: daging/ayam. jangan makan nasi. nope. zilch.

i still eat chocolates and stuffs though.
when i crave for it i just eat it lah, only in moderate amounts.
and once a week i have my cheat days, where i can eat just about ANYTHING.
like i can have macdonalds for breakfast, kfc for lunch, burger king for dinner. HAHA.

so yeahhh.
anyone thinking of doing the same, please consult your physician.
if symptoms persist, stop use.
