hello biceps!


i.ate.alot.today.

normal breakfast thinking it'll be any other day.
but then i had subway after work.
3 hours later i had mum's rice and kuah putih something and sambal ikan and telur.
3 hours later i had macdonalds cheeseburger and small fries.

and i had like ALOT OF CHOCOLATES TODAY.
if chocolates were drugs i would have died of overdose.

i'm so full i cannot breathe.
lol. i might as well stock up on stored glycogen for the fasting month.

bleagh.

on the bright side i don't feel quite as bad really, it is after all my cheat day.
(i.e. one day a week i can just eat a horse.)
why? because i have lost a further 3.2kg in the past month making my total weight lost to 11.2kg. super ecstatic i tell you.
next weigh in is in a month's time and i WILL LOSE ANOTHER 3KGS.

MY GOAL WEIGHT IS 65KG BY NOVEMBER 17 AND I CAN DO IT.
taking my BMI to a healthy 22.5 hurrah!

btw i wanna show you my new best friend.
