orange and ginger fish

before you is my signature dish.

hahaha. i know it does not look very delicious nor presentable.

but it gets better everytime i make it okay.

i call it orange and ginger fish. ikan masak halia oren. LOL.

and the sweet corn but sometimes i sub it with broccoli or just plain salad.

it's yummy yummy yummy dude.

i shall cook it for you one day.

who wants the recipe? hehe.

btw, the second season of australian's masterchef just ended and the 2010 masterchef is half malaysian, half singaporean. he's name is adam.

that show really inspire me to cook. lol :)
