i think i did it again.
i forgot i had a blog. hehe.
okay amidst this sweltering heat wave which has finally arrived in sydney from our neighbours melbourne and adelaide...
say hello heat wave.
HELLO HEATWAVE. (it's 41 degrees currently)
yeah anw, amidst all that, i have been working ALOT.
and going for interviews, alot too.
i hate being stuck at one position with two pathways and being forced to make a move but i can only choose one of the path.
easier said, i kinda hate making decisions.
important ones too.
well here we go.
i was feeling happy go lucky one evening two weeks ago and decide to apply for a job in uni.
ONE: IT Customer Service Analyst.
jobscope? haha just sit behind the IT Service Desk counter where students will come and ask questions like..
hello? why can't i connect to the uni wireless network?
OR hello hello hello? i lost my unipass can u retrieve it?
haha. so i have to serve them with a SMILE (that explains the customer service part);
and answer their question or configure their laptops and stuffs professionally (that explains the IT analyst part).
of course the latter part i will be trained.
TWO: ARC Store Casual Retail Assistant
jobscope? right its like a convenience store like 7-eleven haha but its right in uni.
all i do is stay behind the cashier and take people money ah.
THREE: Starbucks Shift Supervisor
jobscope? AHHH. SHIT.
its like doing things im doing now which for your info is heaps of stuffs BUT do extra supervisor stuffs. it's a promotion.
anyway.
the schedule is like this.
i got invited for an interview for the ONE on wednesday.
TWO on friday.
and i am supposed to sit down with boss for THREE next monday.
interview for ONE and TWO was simple as la.
same bloody customer service question.
haha.
got a job offer for ONE on friday.
got a job offer for TWO today.
the bottomline is.
i am forgetting about THREE.
i don't think i want that promotion because if i do it means i have to work two weekdays at starbucks, which i am trying hard to avoid because i dont wanna go to the city on weekdays when uni resumes.
i will politely refuse la. and just go on doing what i do best at starbucks.
yeah anyway the decision i have to make is.
whether i wanna work for ONE or TWO.
or both. and if both how am i gonna fit it in right.
my timetable is packed as it is.
not forgetting study.
and my madrasah.
and my leisure life haha.
i can work both but the problem is right.
ONE training is on monday.
TWO training is on monday AND tuesday.
and monday and tuesday i was supposed to work at starbucks.
hahah. okay since ONE called me first i said okay i will go for the training.
then TWO called me.
she asked, okay now can u come for training on monday and tuesday.
you know what i said? haha. i have family problems and i won't be in town.
when i said that, i kinda figured she's gonna like 'okay then we can't hire you'
but NO. she said that's fine. just come on tuesday and we'll figure out how to make up for monday.
OMG.
talk about rezeki right.
and for starbucks. lol. i will tell them i cant work on monday and tuesday lor.
if they wanna fire me, fire ah.
i doubt so hahaha.
sooo i had a decision to make and a mess to clear last night.
alhamz today its all sorted out.
and i finalised my timetable!
check it out ah.
i'm sure you'll freak out.
yes so in other words.
i'm left with thursday as my leisure time.
it looks ok.
i just gotta be focused and make sure i attend all classes ah.
yeahhh.
and if you're asking me why im working so much.
just because.
the answer will be out, after the break.
