u just smile. here's how a typical at work for me.

me: hi maam may i take your order. smile.

customer: errrrr. i dunnoe what to drink leh. with that kinda face.

me: would you like to try our new mocha valencia drinks? it comes in hot, cold and ice blend. smile.

customer: what isit hah??

me: smile. its dark chocolate with intense espresso and citrus syrup.

customer: sweet ah? dun want laaa. later glucose level go up. haiyoooooh. i take green tea frap lorr.

me: "%&^&$&^()_. whatever la. say la next time!" smile. ok. smile. whip cream on top? smile.

customer: no no no no. fat lah later.

me: "(^*$#^^ again. sings black eye peas song.. no no no no baby no no no no don't lie. ahhhh fck offf. " smile. ok maam. anything else? any cakes to go along maam?" smile.

customer: dun wan lahhh expensive.

me: "siall la whatever la maaam. next time dun come starbucks laaaa. makan pau kat chong pang tu lagi best." smile. ok that'll be $4.90. smile.

customer: nods head. gave $5 note.

me: "cheapskate" ok 10cents change. thank you maam ur drinks will be served at the side. smilllleeeee!

but then she still standing there. walao. wtf. at the side la!! hah.

end.

never happened to me but i just say la how a typical scene always like dis heh.
but but. the bottomline is. don't you think it's easy?
u act out the same thing a few times an hour then u get $4.50.
hahaha.
working there is kinda hypocrite kinda thing la.
its difficult if you have had a bad day or something.
but nahhh. no worries.

today my manager damn baik laaa.
i dunnoe wassup wif dat hah.
he actually encouraged me to get out of the country.

if you have the chance go ahead.
its gonna be once in a lifetime opportunity.

if i were to work at starbucks there, the pay is maximum $13 per hours.
and the working environment is more less stressing.
im soo thankful la yeah.
atleast npcc and my working place has been supportive.
and my frens tooo.
im leaving on the 15th march.
confirmed booked a flight already.
my flight is QF 6.
7.55pm leaving singapore.
wednesday 15th march.
i'll be there 3 hours earlier la yeah.
settle stuffs and the farewell2 tingy hahaha.
