today is the official start day i'm gonna lose some kilos!
yey!
target? burn 4kg in 30days.
start? 2nd February 2006 .
end? 4th March 2006.

what are some of the things i am going to do?

first. 8am. takyah mandi pon boleh kan hah.
wake up in the morning. do 15 push ups and 15 sit ups.
followed by 3 sets of 7 angkat the weight.
den go lari one round my blue neighbourhood.
alik rumah. do the weight and push ups and sit ups. den dah!

second. eat breakfast. 8.30am.
only cereal. one glass of low fat milk.

den dah. boleh tido.
hahha.

lepas tu. lunch must eat ard 2 to 2.30pm.
6 hours after breakfast dah digest.
fried food only twice a week. means only 2 ayam goreng per time. so max 4 ayam goreng per week.
kuah only 4 tablespoons.
limit carbo! potatoes jgn bnyk sgt.
and nasi only one bowl.

in the evning or malam.
ikut like wat i did in the morning la.
yeah.

snacks? no potato chips or sweets or watever.
only fruits! understand!
yess maam . .
good!

haus. no sweet drinks allowed.
plain water.

fast food. hmm.
only once a week.

and gym.
twice a week.
a 1 and 1/2 hr session at the gym.
so if i go gym on a particular day,
i dun need to run in the morning and at night.
ok.

wat else.
walk if i can. for short distances. no need take bus.

dah lah.
itu je.

okay. 4kg. dicipline is all i need.
and tak guna ckp je tapi tak buat. btol tak.
